 | Jeremy Phillips is a mechanical engineer and water infrastructure consultant based in Bakersfield, California. He specializes in hydraulics, piping systems, and treatment solutions for invasive mussel control in municipal and industrial facilities. Throughout his career, he has partnered with private processors and public agencies on pump stations, conveyance systems, and UV-based mitigation strategies to protect critical water and power infrastructure. Drawing on extensive hands-on project experience, Jeremy provides practical insights and proven approaches that public works professionals, utilities, and engineering contractors can apply as emerging invasive species, including the golden mussel, begin to impact California’s waterways. |
