Please join the Southbay Engineers Club on Friday, November 4, 2016 for a luncheon presentation by Ms. Darcy Kremin of Michael Baker International.
Trying to get your project built? Worried about those pesky environmental laws?? Well, fear no more. Darcy will walk through the basics of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and by the end you will be able to have an intelligent conversation about it. In addition, she will explain where CEQA (See-Qah) can slow down your projects, and ways to make it work for you. You may not ever like the process, but at least you’ll understand it better.
